Good Food, Horrible Customer Service

The food is good, but the customer service is horrible. Delivery usually takes over an hour, and they always forget something. They forgot our cheese and bacon for the second time for a LBP, then said that they didn't charge us for it. If that is the case, they do not follow the pricing online. The lady said they haven't checked the website in forever. She even started yelling at me because I confronted her about the website. Make sure to ask aout the pricing before you finalize your order, they sneak in extra fees.
