Hey just want everyone to know that these guys are great, I'm a single mother that had car problems and these guys picked up my car, fixed it, it runs great now. It only took them 2 days to fix my transmission and my monthly payment was 102.86 per month with 125.00 down. This worked out great for me and my kids. They are truly a blessing to have, dont know what I would have done had they not helped me. I don't beileve this bogus stuff other people wrote about these guys being bad. They really, I mean really helped me because I was stuck buming rides until a girlfriend of mine recommended them. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my 1995 Galant to them, several years ago to have the transmission fixed. Well I didn't have the $2000 to have it repaired so they suggested to me that I pawn my car title at one of the locations that worked with them. I could get the down payment out of the way and make weekly/monthly payments; I thought that was an awesome thing for them to do, a payment plan. But boy was I wrong, once the title pawn place gave them the $700 check, I was not allowed to get my car. Jason Reid's wife, Sheila, stated that I "threw" my driver's license at her and I was being rude and would not allow me to take my car. After several months, of calling and confusion, at one point they told me that my car wasn't even fixed yet that they just had it LITERALLY blocked in with other cars, so I wouldn't STEAL MY OWN CAR! How bogus is that mess, well I talked with the title pawn place and told them look I can't pay because they never gave me the car; and the person I talked with told me that they had done this times before and they were going to no longer do business with them they were in breech of the verbal contract that they had agreed too. I even made a statement to the BBB, but nothing was really done with that. They may be accredited through the BBB but that truly means NOTHING!!! After battling with this company for several, six months plus, they finally agreed to allow me to have the car and then tried to charge me with lots of storage fees; even from when I didn't even have the car physically at the tranny shop. After battling with them for some time, they stated that I could get my car back by paying the tranny work no storage fees were included because of it being their own fault and they wanted me to apologize to Sheila Reid. But come find out, she apologized to me. the gentlemen that was helping resolve this matter was really nice and sweet but before I picked up my car, he was relieved of his duties. What a great company to let go of a person that saved their hid. BE FAIR WARNED: THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE UNITED STATES TO TAKE YOUR CAR FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK ...THEY ARE VERY SHODDY AND SHADY PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS PLACE.

The first problem with this ridiculous story is that she brought her vehicle to us, authorized the repair work to be completed and didn't not have any money at all to pay. Not even a down payment on her repairs. To help her get up some money to pay for the repairs we suggested a title loan would be an option and gave her the phone number to a company at random. They would only loan her a small amount on her car because she wasn't employed, she didn't have any of her own money to put down, and her credit was terrible because she had already ruined it by the age of 20. She was not allowed to take her vehicle because she had not paid for it nor was she set up on a payment plan at this point. When we asked her if she would like to be set up on a payment plan through the shop she said sure and threw a drivers liscense at my wife (Sheila).She was mad because she didnt want to have to make a payment to us and the title loan every month even though our paymet was only $24.00. After that incident, my wife who is an attorney, who just happened to stop by and see me wasn't going to draw up the contract for her. I'm not going to help someone who just insulted my wife ( she doesn't even work here). So I declined to set her on a payment plan. This customers mother brought her back up to the shop and i watched her mother make her daughter apologize to my wife. We then set her mother up on a monthly payment with the balance and had no problems with her mother. The daughter was mad with her mother because she had to apologize. Needless to say she got her vehicle back and I had assumed she learned a lesson. The reason her vehicle was there for so long was because she didn't have a job, any money for a down payment, bad credit and a terrible attitude towards life. Its not us that she doesn't like its herself. Her mother did state that her vehicle is still working fine. I called her before typing this letter. We are willing to heip anyone who needs our services but will not tolerate disrespect in any shape form or fashion. Also some parts of this story were fabricated in order to try to make us look negligent however these statements have been fabricated and or twisted. We are still one of the oldest and most reputable companies in our industry with credentials to prove such as well as Better Business Bureau Accredited Members.

This is one business that should be closed down !!! This man Jason Reid preys on the public ,the military is banned from this business,this business is one of the good ole boy "click" this place steals parts off cars.They'll try to keep your car if their interested in it. They overcharge colored people.Every case that goes to court the judge dismisses it.He's very rude to you no matter what your age is. He's nice to you in the beginning just to get your business, but if he wants the car for himself . He'll give you an outragous price so you wouldn't want to do business with him. And he'll try to make it even harder to get the car from his shop once you put it there.Thanks for reading my review and I hope your wise about shop and this guy.

We are absolutely not banned by the military and also continue to work on military customers'vehicles weekly. Just stop by a see for yourself. We are the only shop that offers weekly and monthly payment plans to help our customers get a quality repair.This customer was upset because she was ordered to pay us a service charge and the judge dismissed the lawsuit against us because we had performed labor that she did not pay for and tried to sale the vehicle to someone else without paying us anything.Her vehicle remains at our facility and she has been turned over to a collection agency.As for wanting to keep her vehicle. I do not desire a 92 buick century with bald tires,smoking engine,and a transmission that doesn't move. The vehicle will soon be hauled to the city impound as it has been here for 4 months waiting on her to pay the $229.oo she was ordered to pay.

After taking my vehicle to Transmission Experts N More on veterans parkway several times to have my vehcle repaired, my vehicle broke down on me and I finally had it towed to a reputable shop.Superior Transmission gave me a price that was less than half the price of Transmission Experts n More. They performed the work in 2 days and it is working great. The other place took 2 months and it never did work right. I met with Jason Reid at Superior Transmission and he gave me a better price and I set up a payment plan with his company. My monthly payment is 80.00 per month and my vehicle is running correctly. These guys are awsome and more people should know that they can help people like me. They have a knowlegeble staff and even gave me a ride to my job while my vehicle was in their care for 2 days. If you need transmission repair, these guy are great, they also do other repairs. After I payoff my trans, Im gonna let them repair my air condtioniong. Im currently suing Transmission Experts N More because not only did they not do the repairs correctly, they stole my radio, speakers, and used other parts off my car to fix other peoples car. Don't go there if you want your car in one peice. Superior Transmission is the Best around. Thank you guys so much, god bless you lonnie white ford ranger

I was having transmission problems with my vehicle. I was not sure who to call so I went thru the phone book and called several companys. After calling several transmission shops here in town I took my vehicle to Superior Transmission to have it checked. They checked my vehicle and called me and told me what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would cost to repair it. I told them to repair my vehicle. They repaired my vehicle in a couple of days and called me and told me that is was ready. My vehicle was repaired 6 months ago and I have not had any problems with my vehicle. I would recommend Superior Transmission to anyone that needs transmission repairs. Thanks, Susan Smith
